MIKE GLOCK, P.E.

Mr. Glock has over 45 years of construction experience, including 25 years with the Nevada Department of Transportation in positions ranging from Materials Testing Technician to Resident Engineer. After his tenure with NDOT, Mr. Glock became the Nevada Construction Services Manager for HDR, Inc, before becoming a Partner of DCS in 2009 and President in 2010.

MIKE JOHNSON, P.E.

Mr. Johnson is a graduate of North Dakota State University and a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Nevada. He has over 32 years of experience performing Construction Management for major highway construction projects. Over the course of his career, he has worked for the Nebraska Department of Roads, spent over 11 years with the Minnesota Department of Transportation, and four years with the Nevada Department of Transportation. Upon leaving NDOT, Mr. Johnson spent six years with CH2M HILL (now Jacobs) in their Construction Management department before becoming Partner and Vice President of DCS in 2014.

During his career, Mr. Johnson has worked on construction projects in capacities ranging from Materials Testing, Surveying, Post-Design Manager, Assistant Resident Engineer to Resident Engineer. Mr. Johnson has worked on nearly every design-build project in southern Nevada for the Nevada Department of Transportation, including the first ever design-build project, I-15 North Design-Build from the Spaghetti Bowl to Craig Road, the I-15 South Design-Build from Blue Diamond Road to Tropicana Avenue, Garnet Interchange Design-Build at I-15 and US 93 and the largest design-build project in southern Nevada, Project Neon. Mr. Johnson is well-versed in this alternative delivery method as well as the traditional Design-Bid-Build method. Most recently, he served in the role of Assistant Resident Engineer on NDOT’s I-15/CC-215 Interchange project.

JEFF RADKE, P.E.

Mr. Radke has over 29 years of experience in Engineering Design and Construction Management. His professional experience includes working in various capacities ranging from Special Inspections & Testing, Geotechnical design, Flood Control design, and Construction Contract Administration. Mr. Radke spent over three years leading the Construction Services Department for Stanley Consultants prior to joining DCS as a Partner in 2014.

Over his career, Mr. Radke has managed large and small-scale projects for private and public entities. Those projects have ranged in complexity, funding sources, and delivery methods. Most recently, he is serving in the role of Construction Manager on the I-215 Widening from Pecos Road to Stephanie Street project for the City of Henderson.

CHAD MCDERMOTT, P.E.

Mr. McDermott is a native Nevadan with over 35 years of construction experience. He has worked in positions ranging from Materials Testing Technician, Survey Crew Chief to Construction Manager on numerous projects at the state, county, and local government levels.   During his career, Mr. McDermott was employed with the Nevada Department of Transportation for over eight years, in addition to 17 years with HDR, Inc., where he served as their Nevada/Arizona Construction Services Manager for six years prior to joining DCS as a Partner in 2018.

Over his career, Mr. McDermott has gained extensive experience working on various types of projects ranging from roadway and bridge projects in both urban and rural environments to flood control and water/wastewater treatment projects. He has supervised all aspects of state and federally funded transportation projects including surveying, testing, inspection, and office procedures. Most recently, he is serving in the role of Construction Manager on the Las Vegas Boulevard Roadway Improvements, Russell Rd to Tropicana Ave, Phases C&D for Clark County Public Works.

RICK BOSCH, P.E.

Mr. Bosch is a graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno and a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Nevada.  He brings over 28 years of highway construction and highway construction administration experience to the team, with most of that time spent with the Nevada Department of Transportation.  During his time with NDOT, Mr. Bosch worked on several of the largest highway construction projects in Northern Nevada’s history as both a Resident Engineer and Assistant District Engineer over Construction. After retiring from NDOT, Mr. Bosch joined DCS as a Partner in 2022.

As a Resident Engineer, he managed the $400 million I-580 extension project from the Mt. Rose Highway to Washoe Valley which included the construction of a new concrete highway and eight bridges including the impressive Galena Creek Bridge.  This project was awarded the “National Recognition Award for Engineering Excellence” by the ACEC in 2014.  He also successfully managed construction of the $85 million I-80 Design-Build Project through downtown Reno which included a new concrete roadway, safety improvements, signage improvements, ramp meters, intelligent transportation system improvements and was Northern Nevada’s first Design-Build Project.
