Who we are
Mr. Glock has over 30 years of construction experience, including 25 years with the Nevada Department of Transportation in positions ranging from Materials Testing Technician to Resident Engineer. After his tenure with NDOT, Mr. Glock became the Nevada Construction Services Manager for HDR, Inc, before becoming partner and President of DCS.
Throughout his career, Mr. Glock has managed over 200 highway construction projects with more than 100 bridges and dozens of newly constructed interchanges. He has been responsible for all facets of construction activities ranging from project development to claim negotiations. In addition, he has extensive experience in managing construction schedules, contract compliance, progress payments, surveying, and material testing.
Mr. Johnson has been performing Construction Management for major highway construction projects for over 23 years. Over the course of his career, he has worked for the Nebraska Department of Roads, spent over 11 years with the Minnesota Department of Transportation, and 4 years with the Nevada Department of Transportation. Upon leaving NDOT, Mr. Johnson spent 6 years with CH2M HILL before becoming Partner and Vice President of DCS in 2014.
During his career, Mr. Johnson has spent time on construction projects in capacities ranging from Materials Testing to Surveying to Resident Engineer. Most recently, he served in critical roles on NDOT's first two large scale Design/Build projects, the I-15 North DB as well as I-15 South DB, both winners of state and national awards for Quality and Partnering.
MMr. Radke has over 18 years of experience in Engineering Design and Construction Management. His professional experience includes working in various capacities ranging from Special Inspections & Testing, Geotechnical design, Flood Control design, and Construction Contract Administration. Mr. Radke most recently spent over 3 years leading the Construction Services Department for Stanley Consultants prior to joining DCS as Partner in the fall of 2014.
Over his career, Mr. Radke has managed large and small-scale projects for private and public entities. Those projects have ranged in complexity, funding sources, and delivery methods. Most recently, he is serving in the role of Construction Manager on the I-11 Boulder City Bypass , Phase 2 project for the Regional Transportation Commission .Contact Us
